George Panaritis

Chief Executive Officer

Background

George Panaritis is the Chief Executive Officer at Vursor and responsible for executive oversight of every department including sales, strategy, operations, finance, human resources, staffing, partnerships and more. With more than 25 years of technology, consulting and business systems experience, George brings a unique perspective to Vursor’s clients and partners when it comes to future proofing systems and technology across an array of industries. Additionally, George has experience scaling companies from start-up to enterprise level operations and empowering his team members to put customer success at the forefront of everything Vursor does. As an integral part of the Leadership team here a Vursor, George’s key focus is company growth, customer accusation, long-lasting partnership enablement and scaling the business in a way that will allow Vursor to become the number one technology partner in the ecosystem.

Personal

On a personal level, George enjoys traveling to various countries, fitness, finding the best and most unique restaurants in whatever area he is in and spending quality time with his family.

Motivation

What motivates George the most? Scaling Vursor to become a customer obsessed organization while enabling his leadership team to deliver on all areas of the business. Enabling his leaders and employees is one of George’s largest motivators, which will allow Vursor to reach and exceed the goal of becoming the largest technology partner in North America.

Drew Preiner

VP, Sales & Customer Success

Background

Drew Preiner’s role at Vursor is leading the Sales, Strategy and Customer Success functions at Vursor. With over 10 years of sales and sales leadership experience in the technology and consulting space, Drew’s main focus is scaling the sales and customer success organizations in a way that will best serve Vursor’s clients for the long term. Drew’s NetSuite journey began over 9 years ago, working directly at NetSuite for the first 4 years, gaining an in-depth understanding of the value that the NetSuite platform can bring to clients every day. After 4 years at NetSuite, Drew transitioned to the consulting & implementation space for the past 5 years where he gained critical experience helping to scale a NetSuite implementation partner from 25 employees to over 200 employees over a 3-year period. As the head of Sales at Vursor, he brings a breadth of experience and knowledge to the table. In addition, Drew serves on the Leadership team at Vursor, which is responsible for company oversight, strategic initiatives, partnerships, operations, sales & finance.

Personal

On a personal level, Drew’s passionate about real-estate investing, traveling abroad and Minnesota sports (yes, that last part is true..)

Motivation

What motivates Drew the most? The opportunity to make a real impact on our customers, our employees and partners, every single day. Additionally, onboarding, training and serving others to elevate his team members is a key driver in his motivation.

Will May

Chief Business Development Officer

Background

Will’s role at Vursor is two fold; Day to day, he looks after our strategic accounts & enterprise customers that are moving to NetSuite. This encompasses the end to end sales cycle and ongoing support and account management of those clients. Larger picture, Will is also a part of our Executive Leadership Team which is responsible for the running of the business across strategy, sales, operations, finance etc.

Will’s experience for the last 15 years has been within the global financial and business systems space. He has worked with customers of all shapes, sizes, and industries that have made the leap to more modern and improved ERP and EPM/BI tools to drive business transformation. Will’s last 9 years of experience has been focused on the NetSuite market. His skills lend themselves to guiding and advising customers through this process of requirements gathering, systems selection, solutioning and preparing customers on how to best navigate a NetSuite implementation.

Personal

On a more personal level, Will’s interested in travel and a real foody.

Motivation

Will’s passionate about the future of Vursor for a variety of reasons. The engagement with customers is his real passion. He genuinely loves to help other people and their companies, and he believes that NetSuite, if done right, has a transformational power that other applications out there, lack. As one of the founders of Vursor, he’s extremely excited about its growth potential and watching the business expand and improve in all areas, whilst providing our customers with the best service in the market.

Dominique Antonelli

Director of Consulting Services

Background

Dominique Antonelli’s role is ensuring the growth, efficiency and performance of Vursor’s delivery services by leading high performance teams, standardizing methodologies and nurturing client relationships, from sales to implementation go-lives and beyond. Before starting his NetSuite career in early 2017, Dominique ran a successful e-commerce business, which fed his passion for business process optimization and information systems. He has implemented and supported over 100 clients in several industries, focusing mainly on Manufacturing, Software and Services companies. 7 years later, he is still as amazed by NetSuite’s ability to support and scale business as he was on his first day.

Personal

Outside of work, Dominique is a car enthusiast, gamer, hiker and traveler.

Motivation

Dominique is highly motivated by the challenges and struggles of starting something new and seeing it through while navigating the unknown and solving complex problems along the way. When presented with the opportunity to contribute to the growth of Vursor, it was a no brainer; being part of something bigger by leveraging and improving his skillsets, empowering his team to succeed and working with incredibly talented and knowledgeable coworkers make for the perfect job.

Devon Aubert

Director of Consulting Services

Background

Devon’s extensive background has carved a unique set of technical skills providing Solution Architecting, Roadmapping, & Business Transformation services at the highest levels of business. He has over 2 decades of Systems Administration, IT Management, and Web Development experience with several years as a NetSuite Administrator. He brings a wealth of knowledge & first-hand experience from previous roles in upper management on the customer-side of the Apparel, Retail, Wholesale, Manufacturing, and Hospitality industries. After moving into the consulting world he now specializes in complex ERP Infrastructures, Project Management, Systems Integrations, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Taxation, Security, and Compliance.

Personal

Devon has enjoyed extensive travel & loves sharing stories over cocktails. His spare time is spent with family, running, ice hockey, and collecting vintage computers & video games.

Devon has a passion for solving new & complex business challenges by leveraging the latest technology, exploring all enhancement opportunities, and driving change. By doing what’s right by the customer with honesty & transparency we deliver creative solutions that align with actual needs to reach your objectives.

Sheldon McCarthy

Director of Solution Consulting

Background

Sheldon McCarthy began his consulting career as a NetSuite Consultant, spending most of the last 10+ years implementing NetSuite for new customers or creating custom solutions and optimizations for existing NetSuite clients.

During his 18 years of consulting and IT experience, he has participated in more than 80+ NetSuite projects spanning over a wide variety of industries and having a total contract value of more than 4+ Million in ARR.

He has worked with more than 20 different business applications that integrate to NetSuite for seamless integration of transaction or production data, for industries ranging from Staffing & Recruiting, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Software (SaaS) and Ecommerce businesses. He has also configured integrations for Salesforce, ShipStation, Shopify and Amazon using the Celigo iPaaS platform.
Sheldon has a degree in Finance/Accounting from Texas State University, San Marcos TX.

Personal

Sheldon’s interests include frequent travel to Hawaii, mountain biking in Colorado and visiting as many National Parks as possible.

Motivation

Currently, in his role as Director of Solution Consulting, Sheldon works closely with the NetSuite and Vursor sales teams to accurately scope and estimate a high-level implementation plan and costs for new NetSuite clients. Providing clients with an accurate estimate for NetSuite implementation (ex: business goals & objectives, high-level requirements, solution architecture, process diagrams, project budget & timeline) gives clients the reassurance that they will get the most value out of purchasing a new ERP system such as NetSuite. Helping discover insights into business performance, improving profitability as well as understanding the keys to client success with every implementation.
